I've been struggling my whole life w...Awesome post. I've been struggling my whole life with people calling me "crazy" when I read off my list of things that I can't eat. I have not had any allergy testing (for foods) to date, it seems that I just use trial and error. If I get sick, I just don't eat it again. I am now reconsidering this decision.
