I do not know how old your daughter ...</title><content type='html'>Hi Gerty -- &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not know how old your daughter is, but my son Tom has acne and I have been giving him Omega 5 capsules and ointments, by the same company, Pomega5 and they seem to help at lot.
